Restocking and Return Fees

Any order that is refused or returned will incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item's total price. This fee covers expenses related to restocking returned products. Shipping Damage Disclaimer

JDM All Star is not responsible for any damages sustained during the shipping of engines, transmissions, or other automotive parts. While we diligently ensure secure packaging, once the product has left our facility, any issues or damages fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Associated Expenses

JDM All Star does not cover expenses related to the installation or application of our products. Costs including, but not limited to, shipping, labor, transport, and installation fees remain the customer's responsibility.

Return Conditions

Products, specifically engines and transmissions, must be returned in their original condition as delivered. Returns will not be accepted if the engine or transmission has been disassembled, modified, or parted out in any manner.
