They had me in and out of the bay with ease, and you can tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. They have a great selection of true JDM engines — some of the older models are in decent shape, while the newer 2009+ engines I saw were in above-par condition. I called and spoke to the owner, who is very nice. He had an engine shipped from California to New Mexico over a weekend. I bought a Subaru FB20 engine and upon receiving it I was very pleased — expertly packed on a pallet and covered in wrap. The engine runs fantastic and solved our excessive oil consumption issues. Edit: the engine had issues and All Star stood up to their warranty and sent another engine. Incredible service. Highly recommend.

I recommend All Star JDM 100% to everyone — these guys are on point with everything they do. I got a K24 from these guys and when you opened the valve cover it was brand new, like the motor was never used. Was in great shape, great condition. I would recommend these guys to get your motor and transmission.
