To ensure a perfect swap and protect your warranty, please note the following:
Sensor Swap: You must transfer your original US-spec sensors, external wiring harness & transfer case to the JDM unit to ensure the ECU recognizes the transmission.
Fluid Requirements: Use ONLY genuine Honda HCF-2 CVT Fluid. Using standard ATF or older CVT fluids will cause immediate internal damage and void your warranty.
Oil Cooler: We strongly recommend flushing your transmission cooler lines or replacing the external cooler to prevent old debris from contaminating the new unit.
CVT Programming: Some models may require a "Memory Reset" or "Static Aiming" via a professional scan tool after installation to calibrate the shift logic.
