All Star JDM offers limited warranty coverage on eligible used engines and transmissions. Used replacement engines and transmissions are generally covered for 90 days, while used performance engines and performance transmissions are generally covered for 30 days unless otherwise stated on the sales receipt. Rotary engines and parts are sold as-is with no warranty coverage.

The warranty covers eligible internal engine components, engine block, cylinder walls, and cylinder head against cracks or defects. External parts, electronics, accessories, improper installation, negligence, and installation-related failures are not covered.

Warranty claims require a written description, pictures, videos, and a valid report from a certified mechanic. Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, fully assembled, and include all original parts/components included in the sale.

JDM All Star offers a 30-day return policy, meaning customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return. Returned or refused orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and original shipping charges plus return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Engines, transmissions, and automotive parts must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been disassembled, modified, or parted out.
