To ensure 100% OBDII compliance and a seamless swap for your commercial fleet, professional Nissan technicians recommend these critical steps:

• Transmission Cooler Flush: Commercial use often leads to overheated fluid. It is mandatory to flush the transmission cooler lines and replace the external cartridge filter. Residual metal debris from a failed CVT will cause immediate damage to your "new" JDM transmission.

• Fluid Requirements: Use ONLY Nissan NS-3 CVT Fluid (or NS-2 if specified on your dipstick). Using standard ATF or generic CVT fluid in an NV200 will result in immediate belt slippage and permanent internal damage.

• External Sensors: Reuse your original USDM Input/Output Speed Sensors and Range Sensor (Neutral Safety Switch) to ensure your speedometer and gear indicator function correctly.
