• Solenoid & Harness Transfer: You must transfer your original USDM Transmission Wiring Harness and Solenoids from your old transmission to the JDM unit. • Speed Sensor (VSS): Reuse your original USDM Speed Sensor. This ensures your speedometer and cruise control remain 100% accurate.

• Neutral Safety Switch: Transfer your original USDM Neutral Safety Switch (Range Sensor) to ensure your gear indicator and starting circuit function correctly.

• Fluid Service: Flush your transmission cooler lines thoroughly. Fill only with high-quality Toyota ATF Type T-IV (or equivalent specified on your dipstick). Using the wrong fluid in these older Toyota boxes can lead to harsh shifts and premature seal failure.
