This transmission serves as a direct replacement for the following North American models:

• Toyota Highlander AWD (3.3L V6): 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007

• Compatibility Note: Specifically for the 3.3L engine and AWD drivetrain. It will not fit the 2.4L 4-cylinder models or the 2001–2003 3.0L models, nor will it fit Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) vehicles due to different casing and transfer case outputs.
