1. Cooling System: The 1KZ-TE is sensitive to heat. We strongly recommend installing a new OEM Toyota Water Pump, thermostat, and a heavy-duty aluminum radiator to prevent head gasket issues common to high-heat cycles.

2. Wiring & ECU: Ensure you are using the correct JDM ECU and Engine Wiring Harness included with the motor. The "E" in 1KZ-TE denotes electronic fuel injection control; using the matching computer is vital for proper timing and boost management.
